Wonderful Service, Wonderful Warranty!
I can't say enough good about this company. My husband and I were moving across the country and at the last minute needed to replace our radiator for the trip; this shop got our car in right away and took care of things within hours! Well, we moved moved and recently had our radiator go out. :( Comes to find out we had a defective model (manufactor;s problem, not this shop); well, we couldn't take our back to this store-it's thousands of miles away, so we called. They arranged for us to get a new, free radiator. They were so wonderful to work with and so friendly throughtout the entire thing. I'm so thankful we had our radiator switched out here, I don't think other shops would have been as helpful. They were wonderful! i'm recommending them to everyone!

My son recently hit a deer with his car. It took out the radiator and the bracket around the a/c condenser. I wanted to see if the radiator could be repaired or if I would end up buying a new one. After speaking with Richard at Intermountain Cooling he assured me that the radiator could be repaired and he would have it for me later that afternoon. He also quoted me a price for a new a/c condenser and told me he could have it for me that afternoon. (I priced just the bracket at a Dodge dealership and it was only about $60 more to buy a whole new condenser with a bracket from Intermountain Cooling.) When we went to pick up the radiator and condenser I asked Richard if I would need a special tool to disconnect the hoses from the condenser. He told me that I would. He ran across the street to a parts store and bought a tool I would need at his cost and brought it back to me. He showed my son and I how to disconnect the hoses with the tool. He also rounded up the O rings we would need to complete the project with. Needless to say, if I ever need cooling work done on another vehicle I will go back to this store. I will also recommend it to all my family and friends for their cooling needs.
